Shipping Information
Please
allow 2 weeks for processing and shipping of product orders. Service
Center hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific time. Any Email delivery or
Express Delivery orders taken after Noon Pacific time will be processed
the following business day. Delivery day is calculated from the date the
order is processed.
Refund
Policy
CONFERENCES/COURSES: If you are unable to attend a class or workshop for any
reason, your payment will be handled in the following manner:

100% CREDIT towards a future class if no cancellation and no attendance
is made.

REFUND minus a 10% processing fee if cancellation is received within 30
days of conference date.
PRODUCTS:
No refunds are available on custom design orders such as brochures,
postcards, logos, websites, or printing orders. Returns and
exchanges on standard products or generic orders must be made within 30 days of
receipt of order. If your exchange costs more than the original order,
please submit additional payment with your request. A return form is
printed on the bottom of the packing slip for your convenience. Just fill
it out, and return it with the item. Merchandise should be returned in
resalable condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
